Mott values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it when you use the Mott mobile application, website, social media pages, and related services (collectively, the "Platforms").

1. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?

When you use or access any of our web or mobile sites (known as "Platforms"), we may collect a variety of information about you and others, as described below. This information includes, but is not limited to, information about you which is in a form that permits us to identify you (your "personal data").

A. Personal Data About You That You Provide

When you use or access our Platforms, we may ask you to provide information needed to create and manage your account and provide the services you request, such as your name, username, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, login credentials, account preferences, and time zone. Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card details.

• Messages and other content you choose to share when communicating with advisors or contacting support
• Information you provide when managing your account or requesting a service

Please note that if you do not wish to disclose this information, you should not do so.

B. Personal Data About You That We Collect Via Technology

When you use or access our Platforms, we may automatically receive limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, such as device type, operating system and app version, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, diagnostic logs, and date and time stamps.

Mott uses the information it collects to provide and improve its services, deliver information requested by you, communicate about service updates, provide support, and maintain safety. We process information with your consent, to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests that do not override your rights.

• Confirm your identity
• Enforce our Platform policies and terms of service
• Fulfill an order that you place through any of our Platforms
• Respond to inquiries that you may have about any of our Platforms or services
• Administer your account on any of our Platforms
• Enable you to search for information on our Platforms

• Improve our Platforms or develop new tools, features, products, and services

3. HOW LONG DO WE MAINTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which such personal data is processed. Mott does not sell the personal data you provide in messages or account information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the Platforms, with advisors as necessary to provide requested services, when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or with your permission.
